You may prefer to take the opportunity to see more of Sri Lanka's tropical paradise and abundant wildlife by linking the 1st & 2nd Test matches with a short wildlife tour on a half board basis.
Itinerary
Thursday 6th December
After breakfast leave for Embilipitiya via Ratnapura stopping for lunch enroute. In the afternoon take a safari in the Udawalawe national Park by 4x4 jeep. Dinner and overnight at the
Centauria hotel Embilipitiya.
Friday 7th December
In the morning enjoy a complimentary head spa treatment at the hotel's ayurveda centre and leave for Yala stopping for lunch en route. In the afternoon go on safari in the Yala
national Park by 4x4 jeep. Dinner & overnight at the Yala village resort.
Saturday 8th December
After an early breakfast proceed to Galle, with a city tour visiting a turtle hatchery enroute. Take an optional boat excursion on the madu river. After stopping for lunch arrive in Colombo late afternoon at the Trans Asia and welcome those arriving from Kandy or joining the tour from the UK at our evening welcome drinks party
Sunday 9th December onwards
